Job Title: Client Service Associate - Financial Services

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional with a strong background in finance or banking to join our client service team. This role is integral in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth clients by proactively managing client needs, supporting investment counselors, and maintaining operational integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify client needs and implement tailored solutions to exceed expectations.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and service.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Investment Counselors and Client Service Specialists (CSS).

  • Anticipate and address client and counselor needs to resolve issues before they escalate.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate monthly and quarterly client account statements, including tax documentation.

  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up support.

  • Maintain client records using systems such as Salesforce and Orion, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

  • Collaborate with custodians to monitor account activity and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all client and internal communications.

  • Provide backup support across the client service team as needed.

  • Organize and purge outdated files to ensure efficient file management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services, banking, or investment management industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Orion is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction.
